We are looking for our next Senior User Experience Designer to join our User Experience Team! This team is responsible for the interface design and usability of our online and self-service channel, and serves as recognized experts and consultants in usability, writing for the web, plain talk, front-end web development, intranet management, survey design, accessibility, and interactive design.Our online services provide information to support customers’ understanding of licensing requirements, regulatory information, and safety issues as well as facilitates collection of revenue through online renewals and transactions. We need an experienced designer to help manage the agency’s mission-critical external and internal websites!
