USAID TB Control Program (USAID TBCP) implemented by the Project HOPE seeks a company or individual with experience in design and development of communications and advocacy materials related to public health to develop a design and layout for a report on USAID’s 20-year legacy in Tuberculosis (TB) control in Central Asia.
USAID TB Control Program (USAID TBCP) implemented by the Project HOPE (PH) is preparing a report on USAID’s 20-year legacy in Tuberculosis (TB) control in Central Asia to illustrate and promote among the public, Central Asia’s national and local governments, media, civil society and other development partners the legacy of USAID support in fighting Tuberculosis in Central Asia (the Report).
USAID TB Control Program seeks a company or individual with experience in design and development of communications and advocacy materials related to public health and international development to create a graphics design of the Report for printing and electronic distribution that 1) creatively transmits messages to promote USAID work and cause behavioral change; 2) incorporates photos, illustrations, info-graphics, charts and other graphics elements; 3) complies with USAID branding and graphic requirements; and 4) represents good cost value.
Experience working with USAID and in the area of TB control or public health is desirable.
Objective: Under the overall guidance of the Regional Communication and Documentation Specialist, the selected company or individual will develop an original, high-level, eye-catching graphic design of the Report in accordance with existing USAID graphic guidelines, incorporating photos, illustrations, info-graphics and charts; will incorporate input on the graphics design from USAID TB Control Program; and will deliver the final layout of the Report in English and Russian.
Period of Performance: The expected duration of the assignment is 30 days following the signing of the contract.
Deliverables: Final design and layout of the Report in English and Russian in editable electronic files and PDF.
a. Experience: Description of qualifications and competencies, noting international experience in general, developing country target audience experience in particular, and the abilities to work in English and Russian.
b. Samples: Include with submission samples of your work or a link to the catalog or samples of the design work;
c. Pricing: Submit hourly rates for design and layout development and the total cost of the service. All prices should be in US$.
